Within the D.lgs. 231/2001 the Italian legislator wanted to forecast the possibility for the Company to prevent its responsibility in case anyone who’s operating in the name and on behalf of the Company commits a crime listed in the law itself. iTechFinance Management board decided to adopt the ‘Organisational Model’ introduced within the D.lgs. 231/2001 not only to prevent the violation of the law, but also to take the opportunity to consolidate its own set-up and procedures, increase the Company reputation of being a ‘boutique’ offering the best solution to its clients and consolidate its position on the market. |
